Chapter 2958: Chapter 148: Honeymoon Trip (Part 1)

Just like that, she fell asleep in the darkness again.

Until something disturbed her and she awakened...

Harrison Lucas didn’t know how long she had slept. She only felt something rubbing against her face, making it a bit itchy.

Harrison opened her eyes groggily and saw the enlarged, handsome face of Jordan Lancaster, along with his large hand gently caressing the side of her face.

Years of military training had left a thin layer of calluses on Jordan Lancaster’s fingertips, which tickled slightly when they brushed against her blushing face.

After all, she had just recovered from an illness, and a long-haul flight was truly physically taxing.

At that moment, Harrison hadn’t yet reacted. She lightly hummed and slowly sat up.

Seeing her awake, Jordan softly said, "The plane has arrived, let’s go down."

Harrison groggily replied, "Okay."

When Harrison took off her slippers, put on her shoes, and donned her down jacket to stand up, she found herself in an awkward situation.

The rest of the passengers in the first class cabin had already disembarked — only she and Jordan remained.

The flight attendant and the other flight crew were standing by the aisle near the front door, maintaining polite and warm smiles, looking at her with enthusiastic and considerate eyes.

"Two Mr. Lucas, please take care."

"Wish you a pleasant journey."

The flight attendant’s voice was gentle and serene, with the other crew members also bidding farewell. Harrison didn’t know how long she had slept or how long they had been watching from the aisle; she just felt terribly embarrassed and didn’t wait for Jordan to come over to help her. She quickly ran out amid the gentle farewells, carrying her backpack.

"Debby, wait." Jordan’s voice called from behind. Even though he hadn’t said anything particular, Harrison could hear a distinct teasing tone.

It was truly embarrassing.

Harrison stopped and looked back at the man, noticing his usually neatly combed black hair now slightly messy from resting on the plane, with a few strands falling across his forehead, highlighting the mystery and allure of his deep black pupils.

His sharply defined features became even more handsome and profound.

Harrison gasped slightly, knowing Jordan was exceptionally good-looking, yet never imagined just a glance could captivate her so deeply.

"Silly girl, let’s go." Jordan saw Harrison staring at him blankly, and found his little girlfriend incredibly adorable.

Jordan knew why Harrison ran out, why she didn’t wait for him, why she was looking at him so foolishly.

He understood without mentioning, simply reaching out to gentle down her pointed nose before taking her hand, leading her toward the baggage claim area on the airport floor.

Harrison still fretted over what had happened just now. She tugged on Jordan’s hand and couldn’t help but ask, "Did I sleep for a long time after the plane landed?"

"Not very long." Jordan didn’t mind at all, saying casually, "Approximately half an hour."

"Were they all standing in the aisle watching me? You... why didn’t you wake me up?" That must have been so embarrassing, Harrison thought, her cheeks burning at the mere thought of the scene.

She often accompanied Jordan Lancaster traveling, rarely taking such commercial airplanes.

Is the service on commercial airlines this good now? Passengers don’t get urged to disembark even after the plane has landed?

Jordan rewrapped the scarf around her neck, which she had rushed out without properly wearing, saying, "I told them not to disturb you, you needed the rest for your recovery."
