(A/N) As I promised to [CliffkunLolRekt] I summoned the second chappy with 99% chakra and 1% sleep.

[Time Skip – One Year]
That's how long it had been since he last spoke more than ten words to anyone.
Otis had grown.
Taller — now towering at nearly 6 feet 2 inches.
Broader — his limbs packed with muscle built not by chakra-enhanced training, but raw power and relentless work.
Otis had gotten used to silence now, he'd left his small rented apartment in Konoha and settled here — by the riverside.
The money saved went to food as his appetite had only increased with his growing body day by day..
He trained every day.
Throwing — the only skill he'd received from the system.
Not like those protagonists in novels.
No overpowered cheat codes. Just... throwing.
Otis stood shirtless near the stump he always used for target practice.
His muscles ached from yesterday — the satisfying kind of pain that reminded him: you're still building. Still getting stronger.
He stood with his back straight, arms loose at his sides.
He lifted a flat, black stone — polished by a year of handling.
Balanced it on two fingers.
He focused.
Breathed.
Then threw.
Whmmf—CRACK!
The stone vanished into the air — then shattered the center of a bark-painted "X" on a tree twenty meters away.
Otis didn't smile.
He just moved to the next stone.
Otis had started chakra training when he entered the academy — like every other kid.
But it hadn't taken him long to realize: his real talent was throwing.
His improvement was insane.
Five years ago, he couldn't even toss a small rock ten feet.
Now? He could throw a 50 kg boulder nearly 90 meters — with zero chakra.
That didn't mean he ignored chakra.
He just gave it less attention.
He'd already mastered all the academy basics — substitution, transformation, clone technique. Even tree and water walking. That he knew from anime
Otis was in 5 th year at ninja academy and after five years of practice, he could now drive chakra through his limbs.
With enhanced strength, he could throw that same boulder over 200 meters.
He sat cross-legged on the cold grass. Palms open.
He'd seen other academy students mold chakra. It looked easy.
But when Otis tried — nothing.
For him? It had been hard.
Too dense. Too strong. Too blunt.
He took a deep breath. It took him a long time to mold it to enhance his body parts
"Focus."
He visualized water flowing through his body. Like the river beside him.
But inside him, it was never water.
It was like fire. Thick. Burning. And it is Resisting control.
He picked up a stone. Small. Solid.
But today, he hesitated.
"It's not enough," he muttered.
He needed more. Not just strength. Something deeper.
His pulse quickened. The stone in his hand began to feel warm.
Then—
Flicker.
A brief blue glow pulsed through his fingers.
He opened his eyes.
Smoke.
The rock had a black mark where his palm had rested.
Even now, Otis wasn't perfect.
He could throw that rock a mile...
But he wanted more.
He wanted to combine chakra nature with his throwing — to turn his talent into something lethal. The academy wouldn't help.
So he had to figure it out himself.
Suddenly — his neck tingled.
He turned sharply.
Nothing.
But he could feel it.
Someone was watching. Again.
Otis didn't say a word.
He just walked back to the riverbank.
Sat down.
Picked up another stone.
Throw.
CRACK.
[Later That Day – Village Market]
Otis decided it was time to buy chakra paper.
Time to confirm his chakra nature.
Maybe... just maybe, he could ask the Third Hokage for training scrolls.
Otis knew he could overpower most Chūnin with just raw strength.
He wasn't bragging. Just facts
The sun was already high when Otis stepped into the village market.
He didn't come here often.
Not because he didn't want to but Because it was... loud.
People stared.
He was tall, broad, and quiet. His steps were heavy. His face was unreadable.
Children turned their heads.
Shopkeepers glanced twice.
Whispers followed behind him.
"Isn't that the river kid?"
"That's him. The one who trains with rocks."
"I heard he crushed a training log with one hand."
Otis didn't react.
He kept walking.
He had one goal today:
Buy chakra paper.
The store was small — tucked between a bookstore and a shrine shop.
A faded wooden sign swung above the entrance:
"Mori's Shinobi Supplies."
The store bell chimed as Otis ducked under the low door frame.
It was quiet inside — shelves lined with scrolls, sealing ink, old ninja tools behind glass. The scent of dust and cedar filled the air.
