However, a breakthrough also required time.
Now, Xu Qing was experiencing and comprehending it all.
「In a flash.」
「One hundred years later.」
BOOM!
Xu Qing completed his breakthrough. Even with the help of the Encyclopedia of All Things, which had raised his Dimensional True Skill from Level 52 to Level 54, it still took him a hundred years under the direct infusion of enlightenment to break through to the Mid-stage True Emperor Level.
VMM! VMM! VMM!!!
In that instant, a Golden Life Wheel appeared behind Xu Qing, along with a full three hundred million Golden Annual Rings, seeming endless. The commotion they generated was considerable, but it was all concealed by the Treasure given to him by Elder Zhen.
“Mm.”
Xu Qing carefully comprehended the various changes brought about by his breakthrough to the Mid-stage True Emperor Level. Not only had his Cultivation and Realm improved, but his strength had naturally risen as well.
Next, Xu Qing spent another ten years consolidating his Cultivation and Realm after the breakthrough.
「Ten years later.」
“Continue.”
Xu Qing’s consciousness connected with the Encyclopedia of All Things. “Upgrade the Dimensional True Skill!”
…
[Upgrade Successful!]
[Dimensional True Skill LV55: 90.77 million octillion / 5.1 million octillion True Points (Upgradable!) (Cultivation Realm has improved, Seven-dimensional Power has improved.)]
…
[Upgrade Successful!]
[Dimensional True Skill LV56: 80.53 million octillion / 10.24 million octillion True Points (Upgradable!) (Cultivation Realm has improved, Seven-dimensional Power has improved.)]
…
[Upgrade Successful!]
[Dimensional True Skill LV57: 60.05 million octillion / 20.48 million octillion True Points (Upgradable!) (Cultivation has broken through, Realm has improved, Seven-dimensional Power is further perfected and more flawless. Cultivation has broken through to ‘Late-stage True Emperor Level,’ and the three hundred million Golden Annual Rings have increased to six hundred million Golden Annual Rings!)]
…
In a short time, the Dimensional True Skill leveled up quickly. It took only a few minutes to go from Level 55 to Level 57.
However, although the Level of his Dimensional True Skill had increased, elevating Xu Qing’s Realm was not so simple. Even with the direct infusion of enlightenment, Xu Qing needed time to digest the changes and break through.
「One hundred years later.」
BOOM!
A tremor ran through Xu Qing’s body as the intensity of his aura surged. Various phenomena manifested, heralding all sorts of changes, and with his heightened aura, he stepped into the Late-stage True Emperor Level.
VMM! VMM! VMM!!!
Moreover, a full six hundred million Golden Annual Rings manifested, endlessly majestic, appearing behind Xu Qing’s head. The resulting sight was simply beyond what words could describe.
WHOOSH…
Xu Qing took a deep breath, carefully comprehending the changes within himself, feeling his ever-growing Power and increasingly profound Realm.
「In a flash.」
「Ten years later.」
Xu Qing finally consolidated his Cultivation and Realm.
Now, Xu Qing could upgrade again.
“Continue.”
With a thought, Xu Qing’s consciousness once again connected with the Encyclopedia of All Things. The same scene replayed: pages turned, and the Power of the Level 5 All Things Atlas surged into his body. “Upgrade Dimension True Method!”
…
[Upgrade Successful!]
[Dimensional True Skill LV58: 19.09 million octillion / 40.96 million octillion True Points (Upgradable!) (Cultivation has improved, Realm has improved, Seven-dimensional Power has improved…)]
…
[Upgrade Successful!]
[Dimensional True Skill LV59: -62.83 million octillion / 81.92 million octillion True Points (Cultivation has improved, Realm has improved, Seven-dimensional Power has improved…)]
…
This time, there were two upgrades.
VMM! VMM!
Similarly, under another direct infusion of enlightenment, Xu Qing only took ten years this time to complete the advancement, his Cultivation Realm reaching the Late-stage Peak of True Emperor Level.
He was just one step away.
Xu Qing could reach True Emperor Level Perfection.
Only one Level remained.
Unfortunately, he didn’t have enough True Points.
He was short by nearly seventy million octillion.
「One year later.」
Xu Qing consolidated his Cultivation and came out of seclusion again.
This time, Xu Qing couldn’t contact Wan Qianren. Even if he could, Wan Qianren probably wouldn’t gift him any more Longevity Crystals. He wouldn’t challenge the rules set by the major powers of the Unique True Realm just to help Xu Qing.
WHOOSH…
Xu Qing took a deep breath, his expression contemplative. “In that case, I’ll have to figure something out on my own. If I don’t use Longevity Crystals, my only option is to absorb True Points from other items.”
After all, any item within the Unique True Realm contained True Points. The higher the item’s level, the more True Points it held.
The reason Xu Qing had been so set on absorbing True Points from Longevity Crystals was because it was the most cost-effective method.
But now, since it was difficult for Xu Qing to obtain more Longevity Crystals, he had to give up on absorbing their True Points and start extracting them from various other items instead.
For example, Xu Qing possessed a Langya Honor Card. He could use it to acquire any item from the Langya Branch Tower for free. This way, Xu Qing could take out items from the Langya Branch Tower via his Langya Honor Card and absorb all the True Points they contained.
After he was done absorbing, Xu Qing could even return the items to the Langya Branch Tower.
‘It was a viable plan.’
Having made his decision, Xu Qing left his seclusion. He first took out all the Longevity Crystals he had received as his share from the trade between the Origin Divine Country and the Golden Mushroom Fruit over the past few hundred years.
This time, Xu Qing had obtained a total of one trillion Hundred Thousand Years Longevity Crystals.
“So many!”
Xu Qing was shocked. The ridiculously large number had truly stunned him. With so many Longevity Crystals, he could buy a great number of Treasures even at the Langya Branch Tower.
“Indeed.”
The relevant personnel from the Langya Branch Tower nodded with a smile.
Next, Xu Qing returned to his Seclusion Chamber.
Because one trillion Hundred Thousand Years Longevity Crystals would be enough to provide Xu Qing with a massive amount of True Points.
After all, one Hundred Thousand Years Longevity Crystal could yield one septillion True Points when absorbed.
…
[Ding!]
[True Points detected. Absorb?]
…
“Yes.”
Xu Qing confirmed.
VMM! VMM! VMM!!!
The Encyclopedia of All Things began to glow, and the Hundred Thousand Years Longevity Crystals also emitted an intangible radiance. This Energy transformed into an invisible torrent, surging entirely into the Encyclopedia of All Things.
It was all absorbed by the Encyclopedia of All Things.
A full one trillion Hundred Thousand Years Longevity Crystals.
…
[Ding!]
[Absorption Complete.]
[Obtained: 1 Undecillion True Points!]
…
The prompt appeared again.
“Excellent!”
Seeing that he had obtained a full undecillion True Points, a satisfied smile spread across Xu Qing’s face.
…
[Dimensional True Skill LV59: 1.1909 undecillion / 819.2 decillion True Points (Upgradable!) (…)]
…
WHOOSH…
Xu Qing took a deep breath. His consciousness connected to the Encyclopedia of All Things, and its pages began to turn. The power of the Level 5 All Things Atlas acted upon his body. “Upgrade Dimension True Method!”
BOOM!
A brilliant light flared.
Xu Qing’s entire body shook, and his consciousness blurred as he entered a special state, comprehending all sorts of indescribable and profound mysteries…
…
[Upgrade Successful!]
[Dimensional True Skill LV60: 371.7 decillion / 1.638 undecillion True Points (Cultivation has broken through, Realm has improved, the Seven-dimensional Power has become completely flawless and perfect, reaching its Extreme. Realm has broken through to ‘True Emperor Level Perfection,’ and the Golden Annual Rings have further reached their theoretical limit, increasing from six hundred million to one billion Golden Annual Rings.
The Unique True Realm has sensed this and bestowed a reward, allowing for deeper comprehension of the Unique True Realm’s Origin and the mastery of the ‘Seventh Level of the Only True Realm Origin Seal,’ thus resulting in the mastery of the ‘Sevenfold True Seal’ in total.)]
…
With this upgrade, Xu Qing had finally stepped into True Emperor Level Perfection.
