"Leader, is there something important? Why did you call us?"
Kisame asked, feeling a bit strange about this meeting since they had just had a similar meeting three days ago.

"How confident are you that this war will start?"
Itachi asked.
"100 percent. Nobody can stop this war from starting because nobody understands pain."
"So, let the world feel pain!"
Hearing his words, Deidara asked.
"Leader, is this your catchphrase?"
Pain almost lost connection when he heard that question. Fortunately, he chose to ignore it and cancelled the connection with others.
Inside the tallest building of Rain Village, three people and a plant creature were having a discussion.
"You can’t enter the village?"
"No! No matter what I try, I instantly sense a chakra flare from Hokage’s Building. Fortunately, I run away quickly every time. Otherwise, I would’ve been captured."
Hearing his words, Pain turned towards the masked man and asked.
"You said something about this ability. Can’t you just not have any malice towards him?"

While answering, he looked at Black Zetsu with some suspicion.
He already knew Madara had placed a seal on his heart. But after hearing this information, he realized he might’ve been targeted a long time ago.
According to Black Zetsu, Mito Uzumaki had the ability to control the Nine-Tails.
Mito survived through the Warring States Period, so her combat strength was already very high.
With her Sealing Jutsu, she could easily defeat the Nine-Tails and take its Chakra to unlock Kyubi Chakra Mode.

That meant a portion of their Chakra remained in both of them. When they died, this chakra didn’t reincarnate.
It remained in Hashirama’s corpse and Madara’s Rinnegan.
